Hi there, my name is Leah Del Rosario. I’m a Filipina-American performer with a BFA in Acting from Boston University. I grew up in Southern California, but I live in New York now, so I hop between coasts when I can.

I have worked across mediums both as a creative and performer—theatre, screen acting, music, movement, and film PA work. To me, collaboration is the most thrilling and fulfilling part of this craft.

I will be playing “C” in Hoi Polloi’s upcoming production of Crave by Sarah Kane at the East Village Basement (October 9th-24th).

I’ve most recently appeared in Hulu’s upcoming Liz Meriwether series Furious. Prior to that, I starred in short film Mail Woman Lady Girl, a surreal, vibrant, coming-of-age story about a mail carrier and her neighborhood. I also debuted the role of Barb in Dead Air by Kristen Milburn (Connelly Theatre, SheNYC), a new play about four girls running a radio show during the Cuban Missile Crisis. Other credits include my dream role of Eli in Let the Right One In (Actor’s Shakespeare Project), Revolt. She Said. Revolt Again. (BU), Orlando (BU), and Troilus and Cressida (LAMDA).

My creative philosophy is that art is an essential and natural human need, and that the best starting place is childlike-wonder. Let’s make something together (I’m serious, shoot me an email).
